How do I become an FWC - Invasive Upland Plant Control Contractor?

If you happen to know of/hear of contractors in your region that you think may be of value to you and other land managers in conducting weed control operations on public lands, here is the information that will assure them of being a recipient of the package for the upcoming Florida Fish and wildlife Conservation Commission’s solicitation for upland weed control.
