Description:
The Partnership Coordinator plays a pivotal role in establishing and facilitating the effective operation and growth of the FNSP. Serving as the central point of contact, this individual ensures seamless communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders, including state and federal agencies, private sector businesses, non-governmental organizations and research institutions.
In its early stages, the Coordinator will help establish core operating protocols, internal workflows and external communication tools, including the launch of the partnership’s website and initial database or tracking system. The Coordinator will also play a key role in coordinating with the Partnership’s research lead and, in some cases, supporting the delivery and communication of research results.
This position requires familiarity with native seed systems, preferably from a research or applied perspective, and strong skills in project management, communications and facilitation.
